  • We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing during busy periods.

  • Shipping Times:

  • The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and weather conditions.

  • Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 within the United States.

  • Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this information to track your package's progress and estimated delivery time.

  • Shipping Restrictions:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses for certain products due to shipping regulations. Please check the product description for any restrictions before placing your order.

  • Shipping Damage:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to process your claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
